Historic Winslow House
Winslow House Association
Built in 1699 by the Honorable Isaac Winslow, grandson of Mayflower passenger Edward Winslow. This family manor house, “Careswell,” was named for their ancestral home in England. Come and hear about the Winslow families who lived and raised their families here as we chronicle over 200 years of daily life in early America.
The Historic Winslow House is open by appointment. The Association asks for 48 hours prior notice. They also offer tours at each Sunday Open House Day, after each Tuesday Morning Coffee presentation, and before each Wednesday Evening Exchange program.
The Association accepts donations in lieu of an admission fee; simply what you can afford to help restore this gem of a house and its property.
